I credit my Lower East Side roots with inspiring an eclectic career in multicultural advertising and storytelling. With over three decades of US Hispanic Marketing experience, I have been involved in developing culturally attuned strategic initiatives for Fortune 500 brands including Procter & Gamble, Warner Bros., Bank of America, Jack in the Box, Lexus and many more. As a pioneering contributor to US Hispanic marketing’s evolution, I have been tapped as a source by major news outlets and publications including The New York Times, The Atlantic, Newsweek and others including Advertising Age, where I contribute as a Big Tent Blogger.
Simultaneously, I have written and produced award winning work for stage and screen. I have been published in literary journals, including Nailed and LunchTicket. My stage credits include writing and performing stand-up comedy. My one-woman show, Hip Bones and Cool Whip, received positive reviews in the LA Times and LA Weekly.
